"Phytobunker" conceived in June 2001 by Sophie Fabien as part of the art festival "Inside-out" in Berlin (sept-nov 2002), which was to take place in the bunker of the Rheinhardtstrasse in Berlin. This project was not accepted.

The bunkers in her home town, Saint Germain en Laye in France, former seat the Western Command during the second World War, have convinced her of the need for peace and mutual understanding between the people.

The goal of this project is to create an enriching dialogue between all ethnic, cultural and religious varieties.
